Fundraisers with a Touch of Balloon Magic

At Up Up Balloons, we’re always excited to push the boundaries of balloon artistry and bring a touch of magic to every event we touch. Our recent project at the Hurst Conference Center was no exception, as we had the incredible opportunity to create a show-stopping atmosphere for a high-profile fundraiser.

A Celestial Transformation

For this special event, we pulled out all the stops with a stunning ceiling installation that featured a ginormous silver foil starburst. This eye-catching centerpiece wasn’t just a decoration—it was a statement. The silver foil gleamed and shimmered, capturing the light and adding a celestial charm to the entire room. The starburst’s grandeur created an unforgettable focal point, setting the stage for an evening filled with elegance and excitement.

Elevating the Stage

But our work didn’t end with the ceiling. We also designed and installed two towering 10-foot-tall balloon columns that flanked the stage. These impressive columns were more than just decorative—they added a sense of grandeur and sophistication to the stage area, perfectly complementing the starburst above. Their bold presence drew attention and created a dramatic frame for the evening’s festivities.

Creating Impact

The combination of the celestial starburst and the majestic balloon columns truly elevated the event space. Guests were greeted with a dazzling atmosphere from the moment they walked in, and the visual impact of our installation set a high bar for the evening’s success. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, and seeing the joy and excitement on everyone’s faces made all the hard work worth it.
